EMMI MATERIALS

To support our research activities, our department is looking for highly motivated interns. You will join a team of experienced researchers working in materials development as well as related process technologies. Utilize your scientific knowledge and design the materials of the future together with us. In this thesis properties of magnetic materials will be evaluated. Such materials can be found in a variety of applications today, especially in the field of electrical drives.

The focus of this thesis is on the properties of magnetic materials under different conditions. The main tasks include:
- Handling of magnetic materials in a lab.
- Chemical, magnetic and structural characterisation of these materials
- Scientific presentation and documentation of the achieved results
